We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days from the date you receive your anxiety ring to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the anxiety ring must be:

Unworn and unused

Not spun, tested, or used for stress or anxiety relief

In its original condition

In its original packaging, with all tags intact

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
For hygiene and product integrity reasons, any ring showing signs of use cannot be returned.
How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we will send you return instructions and details on where to ship the item.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if:

The item is damaged

You received the wrong ring or size
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution (replacement or refund).
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Personalized or custom-sized rings

Sale or discounted items

Gift cards
This policy is in place due to hygiene, wear sensitivity, and the personal-use nature of anxiety relief jewelry.
Exchanges
If you wish to change your ring (size or model):

Return the eligible item within 15 days

Once the return is accepted, place a new order separately
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved:

The refund will be issued to the original payment method

Processing time may take up to 10 business days, depending on your payment provider
